The Cycle of Menopause
There is much for women to navigate as they enter the cycle of menopause. This entrance has no fixed date or time and is very personal and individual for every woman. The changes and adjustments on a physiological and hormonal level are intricate and very precise - the female body is indeed awe inspiring.
When we appreciate the delicate balance that the body is always striving for to provide maximum support for us, and therefore the types of symptoms that might be required to achieve this balance, we may then choose to understand and care for ourselves in a completely new and different way. Menopause certainly wakes us up to many things and as women, we have a grand opportunity to embrace all that is being offered.
